Stefano Applauds Announcement of New ContactUS Facility in Fayette County

HARRISBURG — State Senator Pat Stefano (R-32) applauded today’s announcement that a new contact support center for ContactUS, LLC will bring 147 new jobs Fayette County.

The company’s new call center will be located on Roberts Road in Redstone Township. ContactUS will invest at least $838,000 at the new site. The state Department of Community and Economic Development is providing a $73,500 Pennsylvania First program grant and $66,150 in WEDnetPA funding for employee training.

Additional Job Creation Tax Credits are expected to be distributed after the new jobs are created.

The Roberts Road facility was previously used as a contact center for another company that ceased operations at the site last month.

“It is critical to explore every avenue to attract and retain quality jobs in communities throughout the region, particularly at sites like this where much of the necessary infrastructure is already in place,” Stefano said. “I am extremely pleased that today’s announcement will help expand the number of full-time job opportunities available for local residents.”
