State Senator Pat Stefano (R-32) will host a reception for area miligary veterans on November 20 in Uniontown to honor them for their service to their country and communities.
The free event will take place beginning at 6 p.m. at the American Legion Post 51, 508 E. Main Street, in Uniontown. Light refreshments and dessert will be served.
“This is a great opportunity to personally thank or dedicated veterans for their service and the sacrifices they have made for our country,” Stefano said. “It also gives me an opportunity to talk to veterans about issues of importance to them and ensure that their voice is heard.”
The reception is free for all veterans. Those planning to attend must register by calling Senator Stefano’s office at 724-626-1611.
