MEYERSDALE – Sen. Pat Stefano (R-32) invites senior citizens living in the 32nd District to a Senior Expo he is hosting on Thursday, Sept. 23, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Somerset County Fairgrounds, 7842 Mt. Davis Road, Meyersdale.
Admission is free. Both door prizes and health screenings will be offered. Exhibitors from government agencies and nonprofits will be available to share information on relevant programs and services, as well as to answer questions. Light refreshments will be available.
“The Senior Expo is a convenient opportunity to gather a great deal of important information – designed to help seniors maximize their health and happiness – all in one place,” Sen. Stefano said. “I encourage all seniors to take an active role in their future by participating in the expo.”
It is not necessary to RSVP to attend the expo, but residents are encouraged to call the district office at 724-626-1611 with any questions.
