  • HB 1153 (Boback): Amends title 30 and 34 providing for reciprocity for fishing licenses and hunting licenses for active duty military members and disabled veterans
  • HB 1409 (Wentling): Amends Title 34 providing for reduced hunting license fees for nonresident disabled veterans and former prisoners of war.
    • Amendment A09265 (Stefano): Removes lines 9 through 24 on page 5 of the bill related to permit exemptions.

  • Amendment A04887 (Stefano)- Authorizes the Game Commission Enforcement Officers to wear body cameras and allows individuals on a payment plan for fines established by a court to maintain their hunting license.

S.B. 30 (Eichelberger):  – Summary – Amends Title 30 (Fish and Boat Code) to authorize the PA Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) to establish the fees for fishing and boating related licenses and permits by regulatory action, and expands the allowable use of funds from the sale of Lake Erie permits.

S.B. 123 (Scavello):  – Summary – Amends Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, to permit falconry on Sunday.

S.B. 192 (Stefano):  – Summary – Amends Title 34 (Game Code) to authorize the PA Game Commission
(PGC) to establish the fees for hunting and furtaking licenses by regulatory action, and require the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to prepare a financial analysis of PGC’s revenue and expenditures prior to the establishment of fees.
